Project ManagementOur managerial staff will recruit and supervise the staff needed to meet your particular needs, while applying their expertise in the selection of equipment and material required for your job. They will also prepare a number of reports for your review:
A walkthrough inspection with a manager will be performed quarterly, or as you may require. Special recommendations for any mandated pest control, weed control or fertilizer applications will be made by the field supervisor or consultants. The material types needed, and the scheduling of all applications, will be determined by soil testing, weather conditions, and consultation with a plant growth horticulturalist. Project OversightA Crew Leader will be assigned to provide on-site supervision for your project. Project CommunicationWe provide customer service personnel on call should you have a question or concern. We also staff a Field Representative who will be in charge of all crews, and will be contacted by customer service personnel regarding any issues you discuss with them. Our office is open weekdays, 9 AM to 5 PM. Our phone number is 949-768-0599. Your message will be logged and will be returned within 4 business hours by a manager who is familiar with your job. During this call, the manager will confirm his/her understanding of your concern and will make a commitment to a course of action. We also provide a 24-hour answering service that is monitored by a Manager-On-Call for emergency situations. |
